I have been involved in the property industry for over 20 years and most of that time spent running Pinewood Property Estates, from when I founded the business in 2004 to the current time. A lot of my time is now taken developing the business, ensuring that the business is strong for all of us to remain involved. I do still undertake land and property valuations, this still excites me to this day.

A Landlord Investor, Quailed in NAEA, ARLA and working towards Commercial Property Agency, working across all areas of the business and specialises in property marketing and training.
Julie Davies-Bowler
Marketing Manager
I have been involved with Pinewood Property Estates from the start. Having always loved interior design and photography, when I started as marketing manager it was a perfect job and I love making the houses Pinewood list for sale or rent look the best they possibly can! I also compose the virtual video tours and floorplans and make sure we have a great set of photos that will really sell the property. I do love my job and love being part of a winning team.

Property has been an interest of mine since having done work experience in an Estate Agency whilst I was still at school. Since leaving school aged 16 I started my career in property and now after 21 years my passion for the industry remains. I love every aspect of the industry and still get ‘the buzz’ to this day. Having developed and evolved in my career I started as a receptionist, to now being the branch manager of the Chesterfield Branch and done everything in between.

Senior Lettings Negotiator
I am the Senior Lettings Negotiator within the Mansfield Branch and have been with Pinewood Property Estates for over 5 years. I enjoy many aspects of my job, I love meeting new people and helping them to find their new home. Speaking to landlords on a daily basis, ensuring their asset is well taken care of and hassle free.
Christina Waddoups
Senior Sales Negotiator
I have worked in the Estate Agency industry for over 12 years and am happy to help with both residential sales and lettings enquiries. My specialist areas are Sales Negotiation and Progression and I pride myself on offering the very best in customer service, integrity and on seeing a job done well. There is nothing better than letting a vendor know their property has completed and handing over a set of keys to a very excited purchaser.

Senior Lettings Negotiator
I joined Pinewood Property Estates on the lettings team in 2019 and now have 9 years experience within the industry. My main role as Senior Lettings Negotiator is to conduct the referencing, performing check ins and offer any help to the rest of the team in the lettings department.

I have 11 years’ experience in a customer facing role and thrive off a busy and fast paced environment. The property industry has always interested me and my experience in negotiating and valuing properties allows me to manage the whole process from start to finish, ensuring it is smooth and stress free! I love, for all of my clients to have a memorable experience with Pinewood, for all the right reasons!

I have worked within the Estate Agency Business industry for over 15 years and during this time I have become experienced in both the sales and lettings side of the industry. I am currently the sales and lettings negotiator at the Clay Cross office.
Jacob Bradbury
Accounts Manager
I have always had an interest in properties and their development, and management. A position in the property industry never arose until mid 2021 when Pinewood advertised a position. I first met Stacey then and haven’t looked back so far. I work in the accounts side of the business which I enjoy as we get to see all parts of the business, Sales commission coming, monthly rental incomes and chasing outstanding arrears or commissions. I also get to see maintenance side of things which I like as I have worked on the sites and understand some of the jobs required. Mum and Dad now have a rental portfolio and it is something I hope to achieve in the future also.

After wanting to get into the property industry for many years I finally took the plunge in June 2021 to become a sales negotiator, It has been a steep learning curve but I have loved every minute and look forward to seeing where the property business takes me.

I joined the maintenance team at Pinewood in August 2022, I have over 10 years of customer service and operational experience. Whilst this isn’t something I had done before the change and new challenges really keep me on my toes. I have found that my skills and knowledge from previous jobs have helped me excel in what I do. I love coming into work not knowing what the day will bring.

I started my property career with Pinewood as a Lettings negotiator in 2018. Prior to joining Pinewood I worked as a self-employed Sports therapist for 14years. I have now moved across into the role as a Sales Negotiator at the Chesterfield Branch, where my new role is diverse and very rewarding with lots to learn! I look forward to my new challenge helping people find their new home.
Joanna Spencer

I joined Pinewood in February 2022, all the team have been very welcoming, and I am excited for the future. I am AAT Level 3 qualified and would like to further my studies in the near future. I have worked in accounts within the motor industry for most of my career but was ready for a new challenge. I am finding property to be a real change and a very interesting learning experience which I look forward to continuing.

I have worked for Pinewood since November 2022 in the maintenance department as a Property Manager. I have 14 years of retail customer service experience and fancied a change but something still customer service based. I love working in the fast paced environment of maintenance department and speaking with many different tenants and landlords daily to resolve any queries they may have.
