I founded the business in 2004 and what an exciting journey it has been so far! The company has grown and is thriving, the majority of my time is spent developing the business. Land and property valuations still excite me to this day!

Marketing Manager
I have been part of Pinewood Property Estates from day one. I love interior design and photography, which compliments my role as the Marketing Manager. Part of my role involves taking images of the houses we are listing for sale or rent. There is definitely skill involved to make sure each room and area of a home are presented in their best light. I compose the virtual video tours and floorplans and make sure we have a great set of photos that will really sell the property. I love my job and love being part of a winning team.

Property has been an interest of mine since having done work experience in an Estate Agency whilst I was still at school. Since leaving school aged 16 I started my career in property and now after 21 years my passion for the industry remains. I love every aspect of the industry and still get ‘the buzz’ to this day. Having developed and evolved in my career I started as a receptionist, to now being the branch manager of the Chesterfield Branch and done everything in between.
Senior Lettings Negotiator
I am the Senior Lettings Negotiator within the Mansfield Branch and have been with Pinewood Property Estates for over 5 years. I enjoy many aspects of my job, especially meeting new people and helping them to find their new home. My role involves speaking to landlords on a daily basis, ensuring their asset is well taken care of and the process of renting is hassle free.
Senior Sales Negotiator
I have worked in the Estate Agency industry for over 12 years and am happy to help with both residential sales and lettings enquiries. My specialist areas are Sales Negotiation and Progression and I pride myself on offering the very best in customer service, integrity and on seeing a job done well. There is nothing better than letting a vendor know their property has completed and handing over a set of keys, to a very excited purchaser.

I joined Pinewood Property Estates on the lettings team in 2019, I love the industry and now have over 9 years experience in this sector. My main role as Senior Lettings Negotiator is to get tenant references, perform check ins and offer support to the rest of the team in the lettings department.
Senior Sales Negotiator and Property Valuer
I have 11 years’ experience in a customer facing role and thrive off a busy and fast paced environment. The property industry has always interested me, my experience in negotiating and valuing properties allows me to manage the whole process from start to finish, ensuring it is smooth and stress free! I love for all of my clients, to have a memorable experience with Pinewood, for all the right reasons!

I have worked within the Estate Agency Business industry for over 15 years and during this time I have become experienced in both the sales and lettings side of the industry. I am currently the sales and lettings negotiator at the Clay Cross office.
Accounts Manager
I have always had an interest in property development and management, I jumped at the chance to apply for the position advertised by Pinewood in 2021. I work in the accounts team handling sales commission, monthly rental incomes and chasing outstanding arrears. I get to see all parts of the business which I really enjoy. Part of my role involves the maintenance side of the business which I like, working on the sites I understand some of the jobs required. My parents have a rental portfolio and it this is something I hope to achieve in the future.
Sales Negotiator
After wanting to get into the property industry for many years I finally took the plunge in June 2021 to become a sales negotiator, It has been a steep learning curve but I have loved every minute and look forward to seeing where the property business takes me.
Property Manager
I joined the maintenance team at Pinewood in August 2022, I have over 10 years of customer service and operational experience. Whilst this isn’t something I had done before the change and new challenges really keep me on my toes. I have found that my skills and knowledge from previous jobs have helped me excel in what I do. I love coming into work not knowing what the day will bring.
Senior Financial Manager
I joined Pinewood in February 2022, the team welcomed me into the Pinewood family right from the start. I am AAT Level 3 qualified and would like to further my studies in the near future. I worked in accounts within the motor industry for most of my career, property is a great change providing a chance to learn how to utilise my skills in a different industry.

I have worked for Pinewood since November 2022 as a Property Manager in the maintenance department. Prior to my start with Pinewood I worked in the retail sector for 14 years in customer service. I love working in the fast paced environment of the maintenance department and speaking tenants and landlords daily, to resolve any queries they may have.
